Week 11 Review: Obsidio

From Goodreads:
Kady, Ezra, Hanna, and Nik narrowly escaped with their lives from the attacks on Heimdall station and now find themselves crammed with 2,000 refugees on the container ship, Mao. With the jump station destroyed and their resources scarce, the only option is to return to Kerenza—but who knows what they'll find seven months after the invasion?

Meanwhile, Kady's cousin, Asha, survived the initial BeiTech assault and has joined Kerenza's ragtag underground resistance. When Rhys—an old flame from Asha's past—reappears on Kerenza, the two find themselves on opposite sides of the conflict.

With time running out, a final battle will be waged on land and in space, heros will fall, and hearts will be broken.

My Review:
Oh, yeah, this book was just so fantastic! It wasn't quite as good as the previous books because there wasn't as much going on like the previous two books. Not to say that there wasn't a lot going on in this book, there was, but it wasn't something big like a virus/disease that makes people into basically zombies, or saving the multiverse, you know?

We did get to meet another couple, which was really great, because they were on Kerenza the whole time the events of the first two books, and as you can imagine, it wasn't easy or pretty! And that this couple had a history as a couple before this all happened, well, was so great to read! I kinda thought that the kid was hers, but yeah, I was wrong.

Another part of this book was all the people that we've met in the previous two books who've survived were basically in this book! They had their troubles too, given the number of people and the amount of supplies. Which lead to a mutiny, and AIDAN acting the bad guy again. It was a pretty big moment!

That ending! A big battle, a lot of emotions, and so much going on! I just absolutely loved it, and we also found out how they were able to communicate with the rest of the universe! So great, it was just a perfect ending to this series!

I loved this book, it was just really fantastic and epic!
